Nozzles Protection

Spray nozzles are used throughout manufacturing processes, usually for product cooling or washing. Cooling Towers Side Stream

Cooling tower systems are most efficient when heat transfer surfaces are clean. As cooling towers operate outdoors, they are vulnerable to dirt and debris which can cause scaling, fouling, and microbiological activity. Our range of 25-100 micron filters for 5-15% of the side stream flow provide a cost-effective solution to increase system efficiency, reduce corrosion rates, maintenance costs and chemical use.

Cooling Systems Full Stream

Full stream filtration is used to directly protect heat exchangers and chillers by installing a coarse filter on the discharge side of the pump (typically 100-500 microns) and finer filtration to protect equipment such as nozzles, heat exchangers, etc. Our filters offer a wide range of filtration degrees and can provide solutions throughout the full stream process.

Cooling Tower Makeup

Makeup water aims at completing the volume of water lost through evaporation, blowdown and draft and is usually added to the cooling tower basin. Water treatment can increase the cycles in the cooling tower, reduce water consumption up to 50% and consequently reduce the cooling tower blow down (wastewater), as well as reduce the chemical consumption for water conditioning. Our filtration solutions provide more stable water quality, lower fouling and corrosion, reduction of chemicals used and process optimization.
